Not sir here, Shiva. Tim. Has the ear been damaged? Say through harsh affection before age 6 months? Then the ear cartilage may have been broken at a time when it no longer repaired itself (repeated harsh affection etc). I have seen GSDs where the ears came only up at 9 months. Your's is 11m, so possibly the left ear may not come up anymore. But you shouldn't see that as a disaster, it is not. Inner values count more. :-)

I would however suggest, NOT to mess with the ears. Just because I don't know of anything that will be effective when the ears have stopped growing. Your dog's may NOT have stopped growing yet, so there is a bit of hope left.
