Inherited Disease

An inherited disease does not exist once you review the medical definitions that avoid all the contradictions, ambiguity, and imprecision inherent in the medical terminology so widely in use today.

Google inherited disease and you get taught results like these:

The linguistic mess is more a result of the widely elusive use of the term "disease" than of the widely elusive use of the term "inherited", see below.

Inherited Disease Misunderstanding

Only bacterial, fungal, viral, protozoal, or parasitic infections can constitute a disease, and infections can only be acquired, not inherited.

You see there again: Understanding medical definitions becomes easy once you use disjunct definitions.

In this case, just stop using disease as catch-all for elusive terms like illness, condition, sickness, ailment etc, and you will see the misconception of inherited disease outright.

You see it now, right?
