German Shepherd Signs

Below you see cool German Shepherd Signs that you can put on your front door, in the backyard, on your car, motorbike, or helicopter. :-)

Some of them can be quite effective to deter ordinary robbers from intruding your property - even more so if you actually have a German Shepherd Protection Dog or a GSD that had Dog Bite Training. :-)

Do you know of any other German Shepherd Signs that you can recommend?

    Tim,

I wouldn't recommend the "Beware of" signs. My understanding is that, in many jurisdictions, such a sign indicates you know your dog is vicious. Then the "next" time the dog bites is often the last day it lives. Without this sign, the dog can often be given a second chance. I'm no legal expert, so I've no idea whether a dog that bites to protect his owner (when his owner is in actual jeopardy) is considered vicious or not. Too often, the wrong being gets punished!

OTOH, in Montgomery County, MD, where I live, veterinarians, dog trainers, and dog groomers are considered to be people that incite the dog's bite, therefore the dog is not guilty. (I learned this when I was bitten by a dog and refused to tell the ER doctor anything about the animal.)

I am not sure you ever see my replies, but I am trying again anyway because I am grateful for your comment: We have later for you an extensive Periodical that explains all the critical points relating to dog owner liability, and so much more (actually, several Periodicals). You don't need to be a legal expert, that's why you are subscribed here. ;-)

By the way, we do not have any recommendations (other than books), only suggestions (this is a legal aspect too). And the beware-of-the-dog signs actually are a requirement in certain jurisdictions if you wish to avoid high payouts (or aren't insured).
