So you got a new puppy, and some problems. That was to be expected. The ideal of course would be: You arrived here to prevent future problems. Now that's smart!
As puppy owner you are lucky: You can now prevent all the adult dog problems for which you will otherwise come back later to post your desperate HELP! requests, like other dog owners do. Every day.
