Great, you've got a senior dog and no problems, or at least you're counting the presents, not the problems. How wonderful!

Below we have three key topics of senior dog care for improved older dog joys: for both you and your dog.

From the consciousness of dogs f we know that dogs are very much aware of passing time, and the fact that they are getting older.

Let's see how we can make the unavoidable aging joyful for both: us and the dog.

Here's what seems to make senior dogs most joyful:

  • Together-time with us and all Pack members: Senior dogs typically value most the time when they can be together with us, the Pack members, ideally with all Pack members at the same time, the whole family!
  • Meeting old friends: Whether our senior dog is still fit or not, meeting old friends, both dogs and people, is always high on the agenda too!
  • Playing games: This is subject to physical ability and how joyful or painful playtime has been earlier in the dog's life.

Which older dog joys are you interested in?
